He has made significant contributions to physiotherapy education through teaching, curriculum development, and research supervision. Over the years, he has successfully guided numerous postgraduate and doctoral scholars, encouraging a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and scientific research methodology. Currently, he serves as the Chairperson of the Arunachal Pradesh Allied and Healthcare Council, where he plays a vital role in strengthening healthcare education standards, professional regulation, and academic development.
