ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Avdhesh Mishra, born on March 5, 1943, in Mathura, is the son of Late Saraswati Devi and Late Shri Murari Lal Mishra. He pursued his education, earning an M.A. in Hindi. Avdhesh Mishra embarked on a career in teaching and served as a Hindi lecturer. From 1984 to 1995, he contributed to journalism through publications in Daily Jagran, Amar Ujala, Aaj, and Vrandoot. Presently residing at 278, Green Heights, A2Z Colony, Modipuram, Meerut, Avdhesh Mishra has made significant literary contributions. His works include poetry collections like “”Tiranga Nahin Jhukega,”” “”Ekta Ki Shehnai,”” and “”Vishal Vat Vriksha,”” among others. His writings have been published in newspapers and magazines such as Daily Jagran, Daily Bhaskar, Kundan Sheel, and Aryamrit. Retired from his role as Principal, Avdhesh Mishra continues to serve literature and students’ welfare. He shares his poetic creations through radio broadcasts on Akashvani Delhi’s Youth Channel and has participated in numerous All India Poets’ Conferences, showcasing his talent and passion for poetry.
