About the author

I am MD RASHID from SAINIK SCHOOL TILAIYA having teaching experience of 35 years, served more than 12 years in SAINIK SCHOOL GHORAKHAL and more than 22 years in SAINIK SCHOOL TILAIYA. I taught 2 subjects i.e., HISTORY and POLITICAL SCIENCE up to 10th and took NDA classes of class 12th. It is matter of pride to serve in these prestigious institutions which has contributed to produce good number of officers in the armed forces in all wings and endless number of doctors, engineers and entrepreneurs. The motive of writing this book in the form of short summaries of different topics is to save time and energy of students. Even going through the details of the CBSE book from VI to XII a candidate needs to revise all together before appearing in exam. Moreover, those who are from science stream often struggle to be selective. Therefore, this book will certainly help out to cover the required portions in short span of time. One should always develop a rich habit to read as much as one can before appearing in any competition, but at the same time they should be selective of what to read and what to leave. My long association with the NDA classes has had a true justification reflecting in this book. Your encouragement will certainly help me to write further based on healthy suggestions.
