Dr. Lavakush Singh is an accomplished academic and finance professional with an 18-year career dedicated to academia, research and leadership. He currently serves as Associate Professor & Head of the Department-Faculty of Finance at the International Institute of Management and Human Resources Development for Women, Pune. Dr. Singh’s educational background includes a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Savitribai Phule Pune University, alongside multiple master degrees in fields such as Accounting, Taxation, Cost and Works Accounts, Economics, Finance and Sociology. He achieved the 3rd position in Maharashtra in the National Eligibility Test (NET) in Commerce, further attesting to his academic excellence. A prolific author, Dr. Singh has written 36 interna- tionally published reference books covering topics from business research to financial modeling. He has also published 54 research papers with an impact factor reaching up to 8.045. In his career, he has served as a Ph.D. guide, a Peer Reviewer for international journals, & an organizer of academic conferences & webinars.
Dr. Singh’s contributions have earned him numerous accolades, including the Best Peer Reviewer Award from Renowned International Research Journals and the Global Teacher Award. Beyond academia, he has been a dedicated contributor to extracurricular activities, serving as a senior superior University Examina- tion and team leader in Pune’s COVID-19 vaccination drive during Lockdown and participating actively in NCC activities. He also represented Maharashtra in a national cultural event, where the state secured first place.

CMA Dr. Shashi Kashyap is a dedicated and result driven professor of commerce with over 20 years of experience. Playing the role of Ph.D. supervisor and scholars are awarded and pursuing under her able guidance. She is also an evaluator of Ph.D. thesis of other universities. She is an associate member of The Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. Secured merit position in ICWAI Inter examination. Dr. Harish Kashyap He is an enthusiastic college professor with 27 years of
