My main intention behind writing this book is to spread awareness about Rasayana ( rejuvenation) drugs among students and other readers and help them understand the concept of Rasayana. I have included the valuable opinions of profound Acharayas to support my research.The significance of Ayurveda in preventive and promotive medicine is not an unknown fact. Rasayana drugs can provide a wholesome cure to illnesselated to mental and physical health.The book can motivate students and fellow researchers to get theoretical knowledge on Rasayana drugs and apply it practically.

Dr. Bindu Chauhan,BAMS,MD(kayachikitsa).She hails from Dist.Hamirpur,Himachal Pradesh. She has done BAMS from Mai Bhago Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital Sri Mukatsar Sahib.She has done MD from Rajiiv Gandhi Govt. Post Graduate Ayurvedic Medical College Paprola, Dist. Kangra,Himachal Pradesh.She has been working as Asst. Prof. in Shiva Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital,Chandpur. Dist. Bilaspur,Himachal Pradesh. She is recipient of some awards as well as writing national and international articles in various journal.
