With over 17 years of experience in this field, she has become a dedicated musculoskeletal fitness coach specializing in functional training and biomechanics. Sadhna’s passion for learning is reflected in her extensive international fitness certifications, including CFT, CPT (ACE), and CES. She has also pursued advanced training in yoga, meditation, healing, pilates, strength training, back pain management, corrective exercises, and fitness nutrition.
Throughout her career, Sadhna has designed and led numerous workshops focused on the body, mind, and energy—topics such as spinal rejuvenation, chakra healing, and musculoskeletal health. She enjoys engaging with diverse audiences through online and offline group sessions and offering personalized coaching and consultations. Sadhna also provides one-on-one guidance on fat loss and musculoskeletal issues.
