This book is the outcome of more than 20 years of experience of the authors in teaching and research field. The wider scope and coverage of the book will help not only the students, researchers, professionals in the field of humanities and social sciences, but also the researchers and practitioners in other fields. Written in simple and lucid language, the book would appeal to all those who are meant to be benefitted out of it. All efforts have been made to present “”Research””, its meaning, intention and usefulness.
The book reflects current methodological techniques used in interdisciplinary research, as illustrated with many relevant worked out examples. Designing of research problem, selection of variables, collection of data and their analysis to interpret the data are discussed extensively. Statistical tools are complemented with real-life examples, making the otherwise complicated subject like statistics seem simpler.
Attempts have been made to demonstrate how a user can solve the problems using simple computer-oriented programme. Emphasis is placed not only on solving the problems in various fields but also on drawing inferences from the problems. The importance of instruments and computers in research processes and statistical analyses along with their misuse incorrect use is also discussed to make the user aware about the correct use of specific technique.
In all the chapters, theories are combined with examples, and steps are enumerated to follow the correct use of the available packages. Utmost care has been taken to present varied range of research problems along with their solutions in humanities and social sciences which would be of immense use to readers.

The author is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in Commerce and Head of the Department of Commerce at Tuljaram Chaturchand College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Baramati, Dist. Pune (Empowered Autonomous).
He has a master’s in Commerce and Management in Advanced Accounting and Cost and Works Accounting and Marketing Management. After starting in teaching, he embarked upon a career as a teacher, writer, and reviewer of research journals.
With an extensive teaching experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, he is also a recognized research guide in Business Administration and Marketing at Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. Five research scholars have been awarded doctoral degree under his supervision and guidance, he has published numerous research papers in esteemed international and national journals.
In addition to authoring several books on Commerce and Management subjects, he has delivered several expert talks on different topics as resource person at state, national and international conferences and seminars.

Dr. Vinod Suresh Deshmukh

Dr. Vinod Suresh Deshmukh holds academic qualifications such as M.Com, M.Phil, Ph.D., GDC&A, and SET, with a specialization in Accountancy, Taxation, and Business Administration. He has over 19 years of teaching experience and currently he is teaching at ITGP’s Vishwasrao Ransing College of Arts, Science, and Commerce, Kalamb, Walchandnagar, Maharashtra. He is also the Founder of Dr. Deshmukh Commerce Academy, Baramati. His teaching expertise includes Accountancy, Auditing, Taxation, Business Studies, and Economics. He completed his Ph.D. on the topic “”Co-operative Dairy Industry in India”” and has presented more than 17 research papers at state, national, and international conference.

Dr. Yuvraj V. Parkale received a B.E. degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Pune, Maharashtra, India in 2004 and M.Tech. Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Pune (COEP), Maharashtra, India, in 2010. He is received a Ph.D. degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Government College Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University (DBATU), State Technical University, Lonere, Raigad, Maharashtra, India in 2019.
He has an ample teaching experience at Undergraduate Level, Postgraduate Level, and Ph.D. Level. He is also a recognized research guide in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering at Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. He is guiding four research scholars under his supervision. He is author of numerous articles published in esteemed International/National Journals and conferences.
He has delivered expert talks on Compressed Sensing, Research Methodology and several other topics in Signal Processing and Embedded Systems. He has also worked as Session Chair at State, National and International Conferences and Seminars.

Dr. Mangesh Shubhash Phutane

The author is a distinguished academician serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce and head of department at Shivnagar Vidya Prasarak Mandal’s College of Commerce, Science & Computer Education, Malegaon (Bk.), Baramati, Maharashtra affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University. With a robust educational foundation comprising an M.Com, LLB, M.Phil. NET, GDC&A MSW qualification, and a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Commerce and also research guide for Ph.D. student, Dr. Phutane has established himself as a specialist in Banking and Financial Studies.
Over a professional teaching career spanning more than 14 years, around more than 20 international and national research papers, he published 15 books in authorized publication like Nirali. He has significantly contributed to undergraduate & post graduate education, focusing on nurturing conceptual clarity and practical understanding among students. His scholarly interests lie in areas such as banking operations, financial systems, capital markets, and economic development, making him a resource person in the domain of commerce education.
Beyond his academic responsibilities, Dr. Mangesh S.
