The present edited volume, “Vocal For Local: A Powerful Initiative Towards Atmanirbhar Bharat”, is based on the research papers presented at a one-day National Seminar conducted virtually by Government College Bijuri, District Anuppur (Madhya Pradesh), on 19 November 2025 under the guidance of the Department of Higher Education, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
This book highlights the importance of Swadeshi and self-reliance in building a prosperous and empowered India. The included articles and research papers reflect the views and experiences of scholars and academicians on the use of indigenous products and their role in strengthening the nation.

About The Author

The editor/author of the present volume is an Assistant Professor of History at. He is a senior and experienced historian, writer, and thinker. He has previously authored 8 books, 60 research papers, and more than 250 articles.
He obtained his M.A., M.Phil., and Ph.D. degrees from and has been SLET qualified since 1999. His articles are regularly published in various journals, newspapers, news portals, and social media platforms across the country.
Dr. Sahariya is also a member of the Madhya Kshetra Editorial Group and an active member of and. At present, he is serving in the role of “Provincial Professor Work Head, Mahakaushal.”
