About the book

The present book “Futuristic Trends in Science and Engineering” is presented for students and researchers working in the field of science and engineering. The present book describes various futuristic trends for solving the problems of science and engineering.
The present book is divided into five chapters.
Chapter 1 discusses the Bayesian approach to parameter estimation.
Chapter 2 presents the estimation of a finite range failure model.
Chapter 3 gives the mathematical modeling and simulation of multiple effect evaporators in paper industry.
Chapter 4 deals with the Diophantine equation 〖859〗^x+〖877〗^y=z^2, where x,y,z are non-negative integers.
Chapter 5 deals the Fourier transform, fundamental properties of Fourier transform, inverse Fourier transform and application of Fourier transform for determining the solution of one-dimensional wave equation.
The present book will be very useful to the research scholars; academicians; undergraduate and postgraduate students involved in the field of science and engineering.
