About the Author
Dr. Bharat Lal Thakur is a prominent scholar in Ayurveda, originally from Chhui village in Seoni district, Madhya Pradesh. He completed his undergraduate studies at Rajeev Gandhi Ayurvedic College in Bhopal and obtained his MD in Rog Nidan Evum Vikruti Vigyan from Pt. Khusilal Sharma Ayurvedic College, also in Bhopal.
Dr. Thakur has actively participated in numerous national and international seminars, presenting a variety of papers that contribute to the field of Ayurveda. Currently, he serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Rog Nidan Evum Vikruti Vigyan at Vijyashree Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital in Jabalpur, where he is dedicated to educating future practitioners and advancing Ayurvedic research.
