Mr.Rameshwar M.Ardad, M. Pharm
He is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the Dr.Shivajirao Kadam College of pharmacy Kasabe Digraj, Sangli.
He has completed B Pharm from Govt. College of Pharmacy, Karad in 2010, M Pharm in Quality assurance specialization at Appasaheb Birnale College of Pharmacy Sangli in 2012 and Ph D Persuing from the School of Pharmacy, Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded under the guidance of Dr. Shashikant C.Dhawale Sir.
He has 10 years of teaching experience. He has earlier worked at Appasaheb Biranale College of Pharmacy Sangli as an Assistant Professor and Principal at N.D.Kasar D. Pharm Collge of Pharmacy Ahmedngar.
He has an active teaching program in under graduate levels in the specialization of Organic Chemistry, Pharamceutical Analysis, Biochemistry, Physical Pharamcy, Pharmacognosy etc.
He is expert in GPAT exam preparation and he qualify GPAT exam four times in the year 2010, 2012, 2014 and 2016. He conducted many GPAT guest lecturers in different institute in Maharashtra.

Prof. Shashikant Dhawale is a former Director, School of Pharmacy, Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded. He is currently working as a Professor at the School of Pharmacy. He has over 27 years of teaching experience. He has earlier worked at Gov. College of Pharmacy Karad and Aurangabad as an Assistant Professor and Principal at Anuradha Collge of Pharmacy Chikhli, Buldana.
He has completed B Pharm at Govt. College of Pharmacy, Karad in 1992, M Pharm in Pharmacology specialization at Bharati Vidyapeeth’s Poona College of Pharmacy, in 1994 and Ph D in the year 2007 from the Dept. of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University Nagpur under the guidance of eminent academician and researcher Late Prof. Dr. A. K. Dorle.
He is a member, Board of Studies of University. Earlier he has held position of Chairman of Board of Studies and member of Academic Council of SRTM University Nanded. He has also served as a Member of Research Recognition Committee of Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune.
His research is focused on the screening of novel plant molecules for diabetes mellitus and dyslipidemia, modify the pharmacokinetic pattern, reduce toxicity and increase the efficacy of different therapeutic agents and development of drug delivery system using modified polymeric materials.
He has org.anized several National and International Conferences, and workshops, etc. He has guided 6 Ph D students and over70 M Pharm students for Post graduate research.

Prof. Dhawale has more than 70 peer reviewed published/in press manuscripts in reputed journals having high impact factor. He is reviewer of many journals. He has authored a book on Pharmacokinetics and a book chapter in Pharmacognosy of Medicinal Plants.
He has an active teaching program in post graduate levels in the specialization of Pharmacology.
