Description
About The Book
Main Bhi Hoon (Aanshik Atmakatha)by Arvind Kumar Roy is a deeply reflective and emotionally engaging work that goes beyond the boundaries of a traditional autobiography. Rather than simply narrating events, the book explores the inner journey of a man searching for meaning, identity, and self-worth in the complexities of life.
Through simple yet powerful language, the author shares his experiences of struggle, responsibility, family conflicts, and personal sacrifices. From his early life challenges to his professional journey and later years, every phase is presented with honesty and raw emotion. The narrative captures the silent battles that often remain unspoken—loneliness, societal expectations, and the burden of responsibilities that shape an individual’s life.
What makes this book truly special is its universality. The title itself, “Main Bhi Hoon” (I Exist Too), reflects a universal human desire—to be seen, heard, and acknowledged. Readers from all walks of life can connect with the emotions and situations described in the book, making it highly relatable.
The book also offers thoughtful insights into changing social values, family dynamics, and the growing sense of isolation in modern times. It gently encourages readers to reflect on their own lives and perspectives.
Overall, this work is not just a story but an experience—one that stays with the reader, inspiring introspection and a deeper understanding of life and self.
